Just be sure to check prices before you buy. Colin´s book was for sale only as a used book on Amazon (didn´t check elsewhere). The prices ranged from 40pounds (I am not kidding) to 1pence!
Just order it from the library. We pay for them in our council tax so why not make use of them?

A penny on Amazon? Wished I was that lucky! Years back when I first got into the case Colin's book was like gold dust. I paid around thirty quid for the hardback version on ebay! It pains me to admit it,but will no doubt buy the 'new' book immediately upon release just because I have a compulsive need to have all the books concerned with this case. I have a copy of every book written up until now,so I'm sure I will have another two to add to them before the year is out! Ah,tell a lie,I don't have the Andrew Alexander book as I know it is full of bulls**t. I think even PH reviewed this one on Amazon and totally dissed it.

I am a member of what is called The Royal Library (remember I am in Denmark), and no matter what you ask for, no matter which country, they will get it.
But I think it is a lot of trouble to put them through to borrow Colin´s book - especially when I can get it for 1pence.

'She sets the crime against the historical context, showing how Bamber was a product of Thatcher's eighties, a brash outsider who believed he could and should have it all'.

Seems the author is saying Bamber is guilty.
Yes it does seem strange Adam, especially as she has purportedly interviewed Jeremy himself. Maybe the publishers wrote the blurb. Does anyone know who this woman is?

I was thinking of this new book.

Oh, OK, but I would have to go through the same procedure with the royal library. A lot of trouble for them for a dubious book that I don´t really need.
They can use their recources better!  :)

That's why I said get it from the library. That way you wouldn't have to fork out a lot of money and then if it isn't any good you won't feel bad about buying a book you don't like.  ;D

I see Bob Woffinden has written a book called " Bad Show ".If anyone remembers the Who Wants To Be A Millionaire programme of a few years ago when a Major Charles Ingram was on the show and when one or two questions were put to him, someone in the audience coughed at what seemed to be an appropriate time before the Majors' answers were given.
Woffenden is in support of the Major saying that new video evidence shows that no cheating was taking place., didn't look,or sound that way to me !!

I've stil got the book that another member loaned me in exchange for my lending her Scott Lomax's book. She'd dropped it in the bath. I can't read in the bath myself. ;D
