No towels in the bathroom meant that they'd been used for mopping/soaking up the blood on the kitchen floor. There is a pic of the kitchen showing white ? towels on the floor.
EP would have thrown them down, even if nobody else had done. That's if they were in the bathroom to start with, considering that Neville was only partially dressed as though he'd just had a shower.

Justice is talking about Jeremy's bathroom, not the bathroom at WHF Lookout,
Few people have the imagination for reality

I think you will find Stan Jones was onto Bamber from day one,  he noticed there was no towels in the bathroom and  Jones said he was always sceptical of Bamber's innocence and raised his concerns at a meeting of detectives.

"On the second day after the shooting I spoke out and said it was Bamber who did it. I was ostracised and (I) spent a month of hell.

Was JB ever asked about this? There might have been an innocent explanation for it.

Hello lookout we talked about this earlier Stan noted that Jeremy had no towels in his bathroom I think the explanation for this he got clean ones from the airing cupboard when he needed them or something like that.

Even Julie said there were never any towels in the bathroom whenever she stayed there.

Doesn´t sound too unusual for a young bachelor.

That's what he said. But I wonder if the problem was that he didn't like Bamber from day one instead?

Hello justice  thanks for that information I remember now about the no towels in the bathroom which is strange to say the least.  Think Stan Jones was a very shrewd cop.
Ah he must be guilty he said because there were no towels in the bathroom. ;D Well I really must make sure I have towels in my bathroom just in case the police decide to visit me. ;D

My complaint is that there are no toilet rolls.

I'll be watching Queen Victorias' children at 9pm. She loathed and detested her mother by the way.

Funnily enough I don't keep towels in the bathroom either! We take them as we need them from the airing cupboard all warm and fluffy. And talk of a 'few' officers being suspicious of Jeremy from the get go is a load of tosh. It was SJ and SJ only that disliked him and suspected him. Once he discovered that the relatives felt the same he must have been elated. Then of course he set about collecting his dodgy 'evidence' in order to prove his 'hunch'. The rest,as they say,is history.

She was as bad, if not WORSE, to her children (certainly times 9!!) than her own mother ever was to her. Strange how patterns repeat, isn't it.

Wasn´t there especially one son who in essence lived a life of torture?
