Just reading Bob Millers pocketbook where he stated that Sheila was found on the far side of the bed ?with a .22 rifle by her right side. Appears gunshot wound/s to her neck. Bible laying alongside.

Also that one of the boys had a large bruising in between his eyes ( bless the little chap )

Where are you reading it from Lookout?

I should care what you think because?

You're behaving like a schoolkid. Saying that you couldn't care less what I think!

No I really couldn't care less. If you wanted/want to know what someone thinks, I suggest you leave out words like 'stupid' and 'wind-up'. It sounds like you're trying to be a smart arse. It's obvious you didn't bother to read what I said and that you have no idea why I think Jeremy is guilty. I have NEVER said that I think Julie Mugford was a trusted witness so please don't apply things to me that I have never said, or even hinted at!

I'm a bit snippy today - I just hate it when people accuse you of saying things you haven't said. When was the last time I stuck up for JM?  ;D ;D ;D ;D

The pocket book entry (again) just say's 'far side of bed' which is where she was. It doesn't say 'on' the bed.

Doesn't say on the floor either. ;D Neither does it say the rifle was on her body.

I would LOVE to know just how many, who ACTUALLY SAW FOR THEMSELVES how things were in WHF, where responsible for the NUMEROUS inconsistencies that have flown around since. Anyone for Chinese Whispers?

But she is shown to be on the floor and to the far side of the bed - just as described! :)

He mentions the rifle, he said it was by her right side - just a mistake from writing his notes later on.  ;)

No, I didn't say ALL of the evidence was false - I didn't say that at all - only the silencer Dan!! AND no, I don't think Julie spoke the whole truth but I believe her testimony as far Jeremy's involvement  and I believe that she believes he killed the family.I have explained in detail why I think the way I do, it's all there if you can bother yourself to read it.

I do think Jeremy should have a retrial but I also think he would be convicted a second time.

That's the post where you support Mugford even while admitting she lied. You're basically contradicting yourself and claiming the right to. At a certain point a witness is seen to be discredited. It's no good saying that because she lied about A doesn't prove she lied about B.
