I'm just explaining as to why you are biased Adam. If his book was not biased logic tells me that neither would you be biased. Have you read Lomax's book?
I would say Wilkes's book is less biased than Lomax's and I thought that while I believed Jeremy was innocent. Wilkes give no indication of whether he believes Jeremy is guilty or innocent - personally, I would say he was undecided - then. I think it's clear that Lomax thinks he is innocent or did at the time of writing the book.
Indeed you have because it gave me pause to wonder if you were as young as you say.
I think he still does Caroline. I was just wondering that if Wilkes was that unbaised why is it that he produced such an unbending totally biased person as Adam? My only conclusion is that he must have made up his mind to start with before reading the book?
Well, I think it unlikely he started with an open mind. He did say he had an open mind when he came here but has basically admitted that it wasn't quite the truth.
How can I not start with an open mind ? I knew nothing about the case. Except the basics.
How did you learn about it?
Hearsay ?
Totally OT, but I notice that you and Adam have a gap between a sentence and a ?Is that the correct way of writing in English? We don´t do it here - I am just curious.
Adam I remember when you came on the forum you told me you had an open mind on the case and was not sure if he was guilty or innocent.
No Alias. The correct way is to ask a question is to have the question mark as the next letter when typing. In other words no space.http://english.stackexchange.com/questions/4645/is-it-ever-correct-to-have-a-space-before-a-question-or-exclamation-mark
