Well I commented about that before - that the sequential numbers of the items was interesting.

However, Ann Eaton said at the trial that the telescopic sights and other items were picked up later, and that the police did not ask for them at the time that the silencer was handed to them.

Funny how the box containing the silencer and ammunition which were given DRB exhibit references, also got sent to the Lab' to be checked for fingerprints along with the silencer (DRB/1) on 20th / 26th September 1985....

Lets not overlook the fact that the box referred to in the submission of articles document, contained a silencer and ammunition, and all of these were sent to the lab' to be checked for blood and fibers, on 20th / 26th September 1985...

How could the silencer be sent to the Lab' on 20th / 26th September 1985, to be checked for blood and fibers, if it was already there, and had been there from as long ago as 30th August 1985, and the blood evidence which was linked to Sheila had already been found inside that other silencer (DB/1)?

What I want an answer to, is why did EP still have possession of a silencer, to enable them, to submit it to the Lab' on either 20th / 26th September 1985, if the only silencer in the case, was already submitted to the lab', on 30th August 1985...

How could the silencer (DB/1) be at the lab' and have been there from 30th August 1985, and yet still be in the possession of EP?

Why was a silencer being sent to the Lab' on 20th / 26th September 1985, to be checked for blood, when the silencer which got sent to the Lab' on 30th August 1985, had blood found inside it?
