America at its best Nugs.  I believe that there are thousands in the USA who have been incarcerated who are innocent.

Just what were they thinking of? They had DNA evidence that did not belong to him, yet they still kept him locked up.

Vital evidence can be lost when assumptions are made of who committed the crime. The focus can stray away from the real culprit.  :)

and she had retracted her story anyway as that was the only evidence that convicted him retraction should of ment instant release.
