If this case was in America you would be able to get access to them by now. But even after 50 years I bet you wouldn't be able to get them in Britain? When all the people concerned witrh the case are dead, then yoy might be able to get hold of them?

The CCRC could demand access to all of the records relating to Julie Mugford's numerous interviews.
They seem very reluctant to use their powers to the full.

Can the defense team request documents?

Is any of the submission past or current  based on evidence that the defense team already have?

Is there a list of what EP have on file?

Sorry for all the questions.... ;)

The defence can request documents and have done so, using several different avenues.  However, they have had very limited success in this.

There is material in the possession of the defence which only became available relatuively recently and I understand that some of the information contained in this material forms the basis for new submissions.  I do not know what that information is.

Thank you NGB.

I noted that there is a blanket ban on the media from reporting about this case; which is on the campaign website....Could this be the reason that the press here has not disclosed what was disclosed in Scotland last week?  :-\

What would her interview transcripts reveal that would show Jeremy's innocence ?

She approached the police so would have just told them about what she knew. The police believed it as they pursued the case.

Well I don't see any earthly reason why any documents shouldn't now come to light,at the appropriate time of course without any leaks-------------if humanely possible.

Liz Rimmington rang the police after Julie had confided in her. Where was Julie ? In the same room.

Stan Jones came straight over.

As I said it was not Julie who went to or contacted the police it was her friend who Julie had just found out was having an affair with Jeremy

you know very well this comes from a book - the record of liz rimmingtons call has not been seen in official documents . So if you have evidence of this other than from a book then please show us.
