Not necessarily so Adam. Obviously you do not understand the way appeals work? They do not replay the whole case again. All they do is examine the new evidence put to them which is not the same thing at all.
That is more or less what I am saying. You are very hard on her. She was 20 years old. Dragged over to WHF, Eastbourne, funerals & Amsterdam within a few days. She was caught up in an unexpected situation. Never expecting the massacre would happen. Jeremy telling her it was MM and it was an 'open & shut' case. Jeremy is very persuasive. And charming. MINOR? They stole over £800 worth of stuff which they got rid of somehow. People have been sent to prison for less and I wonder why they chose that particular tiome to own up to it?You know Adam I am a bit worried that you continually appear to refer to crime as "minor". The police knew nothing about this until after she had completed her WS. Anyway Jeremy robbed from the very people he massacred. It's a dead duck for you Grahame. It was brought up in court. The defence had nothing else on her. If it undermined the key witness so much, why was there a guilty verdict ?
I rather think that you had better examine your own moral state Adam if you continue to call chequbook fraud "minor". If it was a dead duck then why do you keep mentioning it.
