In actual fact scipio Mike said he stole the photo from the album on the desk of Ewen Smith and then put it in the CCRC's letter box. So I don't know why that has now morphed into a detective taking it? I'm confused.
No, mike tesko said a different photograph, that he'd been shown but never possessed, was handed in to the CCRC. He previously stated that he took a photograph from Ewen Smith, reproduced it, and sent the original to Jeremy. The prison authorities didn't give Jeremy the original, and mike tesko hasn't explained how he reproduced it or why he can't find the reproduction.

The prison sevice confiscated the photograph of Sheila on the bed, sent by me to Jeremy, and banned me from communicating with Jeremy by use of the RULE 37A, system that I sent the photograph to Jeremy in. They also banned Jeremy from receiving other private information from GDS using the same system, because of the contents I posted to him using it. Jeremy was not very happy with me, and the prison service, because he was about to dispose of the services of Ewen Smith, and he had secretly engaged GDS as his legal advisor by this stage, and need the privilege of RULE 37A to further an appeal of his case. Any way, I ended up contacting the Governor at HMP Full Sutton by letter, explainibg that I had previously been approved by the police and the Home Office, to act in the capacity of Bambers Mckensie man, and that whilst enjoying that role I had been permitted to communicate with Jeremy by way of the RULE 37A system, and that no-one had informed me that I could not do so anymore. I asked the governor to allow Jeremy the contents of my letter because he needed the photograph enclosed of Sheila's body on the bed, as a key piece of evidence in any forthcoming appeal application. I also invited the governor to reinstate Bambers privilege involving use of RULE 37A so that he could continue to communicate in privacy with his pitential new legal advisor (GDS). I did not get a reply, but found out that Jeremy had been trying to get to see the letter I had posted to him subject of the confiscation, including the photograph. Later Jeremy informed me that he had now got his RULE 37A privilege back and could now communicate with GDS. But, he had been refused an opportunity to see my letter and the photograph of Sheila on the bed, which had been placed in his prison file...

My leeter and contents were intercepted by the prison service after lustening to me telling Jeremy on the evening I got the photograoh of Sheila on the bed at Ewens office in Birmingham. I told Jeremy on the phone that same evening I obtained the photograph, that I had got a photograph of Sheila's body on the bed with no rifle on her body at all. I told him that there was no gun either on her bidy or next to her on the bed, and no bible on her or near to her on the bed. Jeremy asked me to describe what is visible in the photograph in my possession at that time, and I told him everything about the pisition of her bidy on the bed, and that the photographer had been standing in the region at the foot of the bed in the main bedroom, and that Sheila did not have underwear on and that you could see her crutch which was unshaven because the hem of her nightie was ridden up clise to the top of her thighs...

Jeremy asked me to send the photigraph in to him, which is what I did, along with details of how I had come aboyt the enclised photograph...

I can only assume that the prisin authorities confuscated my letter and photograph because of tge nature in which I had obtaibed it, and because of the potentially photographic nature of Sheila's image on the bed in such an exposed state and position. Everything I have said is absolutely true regarding the afirementioned photograoh of Sheila's body on the bed, I have no reason to kie ir to make up something like that or this...

How did you make a reproduction of the photograph before sending it to Jeremy?
