Have you seen Mary's statement Adam where she said this. Could you post it please or is it that its on a different thread.

I hardly believe that at the age of 24 that Jeremy was still seething at the thought of being sent to a boarding school.  He certainly didn't resent his mother and father giving him a cottage at Goldhanger plus free fuel and car plus wages that most men of his age would die for.

His other long time girl friend prior to JM said he never told her he hated his parents and neither did the locals in the pub. They did however make comment that he was always talking about farming. You know, that job he is recorded to have hated....Mind boggles at truth that gets so twisted... :-\

Oh its from a book, fantastic. So the man that was money hungry wanted to give his girl friends mother a car rather than reap the profit from a sale to pay off the inheritance tax...My word what a generous guy he was.  :o

Hi Patti, if it's true that he loved farming so much, why did he want to become a commercial diver?

It would appear my post has already been deleted. I will however reinforce my opinion that you are quite awful, you shout very loud and then cry when somebody replies, quite pathetic in my opinion. Personally I think you need help, professional help!

I did not know he wanted to be a commercial driver. All I knew is that he had talked of a samll holding in Devon.  Can I ask where that information comes from please.  ;D

He did not really know anything about farming. Being sent to boarding school at a young age.

He went abroad straight from boarding school.

When mummy and daddies money ran out, he returned home. Even then he refused to work on the farm. Before going abroad again.

Reluctantly going to work on the farm upon his return from his second jaunt abroad.

Hartley you have no idea about me or my life or what kind of person I am, but you on the other hand are showing your true colours' and I hope that the moderators will deal with this in the way they are expected to.

He started a diving course in Australia but couldn't continue to a professional level because he had a head injury from childhood. It's been talked about here quite often - I'll have to hunt out a source.

Hartley you are bully and I feel very hurt by the things you have said to me today. I have given you no reason to be nasty towards me at all.
