Mike, why are you writing about Padre Pio?
I know the village in Italy where he lived until his death, San Giovanni Rotondo. I had a boyfriend from there. When we visited, everybody talked about Padre Pio, how fantastic he had been. (Not my boyfriend though, he was not religious.)
Hi Alias,
After leaving the stone circle at Kenmare, we were all walking back towards the town, and it was a gloriously sunny day. I was lingering slightly behind everyone taking photographs, and I noticed an old man walking toward us from the direction of the town centre.
