Ann Eaton's hand written notes detail Jeremy received a call from Nevill at 3 am.
I'm not sure what accuracy we can place on Ann's notes, the only way she could know any timings is if told by somebody else, so it's second hand Chinese whispers.
Well the notes do exist and it would appear these are Ann's notes which refer to what Jeremy will have told her in the times following the tragedy. I beleive the second page of her notes, as posted on this forum, do mention something about contacting Freddie 'today' (Freddie being Sheila's male friend). This would appear to indicate they were written at or around the time of the tragedy......
Maybe the notes should come under the disputed or unreliable colour scheme.
There is probably some credibility to her notes in as much as she was likely jotting all this down more or less as hit happened, but equally, she wasn't doing so minute by minute, more to just form a basic outline. '3' could mean bang on 3:00 or in that general time frame.
It's just not going to be possible for me to create 101 different time lines, but I will make a note of it in the master file.
I really do not want to undermine or diminish ANY evidence at all, but we have to draw some sort of 'close' time line... Sadly a couple of minutes either way can have a huge bearing with regard to who phoned who and the rationale behind the calls.
As for Ann wondering why Jeremy would phone his G/F at 10:00pm. Can't see anything odd in that. Sounds like normal behaviour to me for a young couple.
