If Neville phones Jeremy. There is a chance he may not answer. Fact.

There are 18 more.
How can a "may not" be called a fact? It must by the very character of it be termed a theory.

That is not a reason not to phone someone?

I can call my mum , she might not answer - fact -

But she could answer - fact

So it does not mean I wont call her.

Your argument is totally illogical

If Neville phones Jeremy at 3am, the phone will be answered. Or it will not be answered. Fact.

I have posted 18 other facts/reasons why Neville would not phone Jeremy.

Window. Page 96 of Wilkes's book. AE checked the window. It could be banged locked from outside.

So your source is a book - where AE said it could be locked from the outside - strange how the police did not use that in court then? I am sure she would have asked them to prove it as well ?? Very strange and mysterious co-incidence :)

If you read Colin's book he said that a little Robin told them about the window.

If you read the statement page before it says they tested it lots of times -so who shall we believe - police in court or AE in a book - not a lot between them if you ask me ???

No they do not.

Thought you did not read them.

If all the downstairs windows were locked from inside when the police arrived, how could the prosecution secure a conviction ?

They must be proof that a window could be locked from outside. Would not be the first window where you can do that.

Because the police preferred to listen to what the relatives had to say,,that Jeremy entered through a window.RWB told this to the police,,and the police believed him,so it went down in their notebooks and by-passed any proof that it might NOT have happened that way.
