Why are you asking questions if you have me on ignore.

I know what you are trying to do. Get everyone to bombard me with questions.

I will answer these questions only on this thread later tonight. But my phone thread is very interesting to me.

Jeremy ringing Julie at 3.00am before Neville rang has good and bad points. Jeremy ringing Julie after ringing the police is too strange to be considered feasible.  I have posted 11 reasons why he would not.

The important issue is whether Jeremy said to Julie at 3.00am 'everything is going well' & 'I have not slept all night'. If he did say it, it shows certain guilt. Julie says he did say that. Jeremy says 'no comment'.

Which one? There are numerous!!

Brief replies to questions prior to post 5.

Everyone will have a different definition of being dumped.

I do not believe Jeremy treated Julie badly enough for her to commit such serious perjury. If he did then Julie is just as likely come out & tell the truth.

Would Jeremy be mad enough to tell Julie & then humiliate her ? No. So why did he tell her ? Because he did not humiliate her. It came to a natural end.  Read my thread on why Jeremy told Julie.

Adam - why do you keep saying there was no blood on SC feet - when the photo clearly states that there was?

Adam why do you keep obsessing with phone calls  and make up your own mind about timings when it clearly shows in all the documents that timings were changed mainly by EP and witnesses several times along the way ?

Adam you stated in one post that there was evidence to show that a window could be locked from the inside by exiting said window - where is that evidence?

Window. Page 96 of Wilkes's book. AE checked the window. It could be banged locked from outside.

Well the photo does not show any blood in my view. Anyway Sheila was found in a bedroom where 12 bullets had been fired.

Don't need to read your thread, the above isn't true - he asked ou another girl while she was THERE!!!! She admits to feeling humiliated. He said in front of everyone that he didn't want to get engaged to her - again humiliated!! He didn't want to go on holiday with her so gave her the money to take a friend - he was getting ready to dump her and distance himself from her. I believe that she felt humiliated and so started the rumours that he might be involved.

Adam - why do you fail to acknowledge the fact that JM and her friend were accompanied to the bank by the police when admitting the fraud - contrary to their statements?

Sorry April -am I hogging your thread? ;)

When did I do that ?

Adam - How ill does somebody have to be for you to acknowledge they may be capable of murder because of that illness?

Adam can you give me 19 FACTS that PROVE that SC did not carry out the murders and suicide - lets try and look at it from a different angle -

And please try not to mention the phones or the dog  :)

No I have 19 reasons/ facts why Neville would not phone Jeremy.

Yesterday I created 11 reasons/facts why Jeremy would not call Julie after the police.

A natural end. Jeremy wanting someone else after a long term romance. Julie not liking Brett or wanting to go away with them or the funeral. But being persuaded to by Jeremy.

Jeremy needing Julie on the massacre night. Phoning her twice, summoning her over. Then going to France without her a few weeks later.

You don't have ANY facts just your opinions why he MAY not have called Jeremy. They aren't facts at all - you do know what a 'fact' is right?

If Neville phones Jeremy. There is a chance he may not answer. Fact.

There are 18 more.

Adam, this answer is a small part of all you simply don't get about this case. Every time you post the words "Jeremy/Julie wouldn't/didn't/thought/said/FELT....................." you're imbuing them with YOU. It isn't for you to say "Jeremy didn't treat her badly enough for her to commit such serious perjury" without knowing what it feels like to be a 21 year old female who sees disappearing the future she has carefully planned for herself AND suffer the UTTER humiliation of hearing the object of her desire fixing a date with another woman. Jeremy is speaking for himself when he suggests their relationship was cooling.

Not sure what you mean fact or possibility Adam?  There are endless possibilities however only those who were actually present know the true facts.

Remember we've only seen a copy of this photo on a forum where only pictures with very few pixels are posted?

WhenEVER a call is made, irrelevant of to WHOM, there is always a chance the call won't be answered. However, when one is in ANY stressful situation, rationale doesn't come into the equation and one calls the first person who springs to mind. It's ENTIRELY unsurprising that in this case it was Nevill's son. That father and son will have had their differences wouldn't have negated a relationship going back 25 years.

I can see a situation where the caller is having doubts. Do they put the receiver back on the cradle? Do they let the phone ring a few more times? Do they drop the receiver/put it down to check on what may be happening? What Nevill May or NOT have done under "normal" circumstances is likely to have been quite other than what he may have done in an "act first, think later" situation.
