I have established many things which highlights Jeremys almost certain guilt. The latest being today, establishing that Jeremy phoned Julie at 3am. Twenty minutes before Nevilles alledged call.

However there is a 5% chance he is innocent. And the unluckiest man in the world.

So you would have found him innocent then?

What a ridiculous statement.

How on earth can you be 100% certain unless you were actually there.

I can certainly see lots of evidence pointing towards his innocence but to state so brazenly that you are 100% certain is quite ridiculous in my opinion and sadly means you are not here to debate as you have a closed mind. This is a real shame as in the real world clearly none of us know whether he is innocent or guilty so post on this forum to debate issues to strengthen / weaken our initial thoughts. To be honest as you have a closed mind I don't really know why you are on this forum?

Harsh! The same could be said of Steve and Adam but given the site is (in the main) pro Jeremy Bamber, I don't think it's odd that someone would be that confident of his innocence. I find it strange when ardent guilty supporters post here - after all, Jeremy is locked up and not going anywhere soon. Not sure why those people come here - unless they just like to argue.

Adam to his credit just said 95% guilty.

I would have been one of the crying jurors, if he was found guilty.

you would be crying even though you 95 percent certain he was guilty.

that rather suprises me.

When you make statements like Jeremy Bamber is guilty - that's pretty sure.

Sensitive ? You ? You could have fooled me. You've got a hide like an elephant when it comes to slagging Jeremy off.A man who you don't know.

True nugs we can't be certain about anything. If Jeremy could leave by a window and perform a magic trick to lock the window behind him so could someone else. There is a possibility that someone phoned Jeremy pretending to be Nevill, it's unlikely but not impossible,
There is still the question of how Sheila was killed and where she was while the killer was shooting her mother and father and her boys.

That's enough for a juror to say "not guilty". Any juror should say "guilty" only if they are certain that the defendant is guilty. How certain? Good question, but even 0.5% doubt is enough for me.
