NOT TRUE WE ARE ALL INDIVIDUALS AND HAVE DIFFERENT OPINIONS
I did not say that all Jeremy Bamber supports assert such.
SHAME THEY DID NOT TAKE THE FAMILY SERIOUSLY THEN WHEN THEY TRIED TO TELL THEM WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS
For sure shame that the lead investigator needed the family to tell him what he should have been doing and that he resisted to the bitter end. Some of the police under him were suspicious and actually did their job anyway. Others were either too lazy or too scared of standing up to their boss. And I know it is not nice to make fun of someone who passed away but between his ineptitude and falling from a ladder he is Inspector Clouseau in my mind.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE THE EVIDENCE FROM THE FIRST ENQUIRY THAT IS UNDER PII
I don't know why it is hidden but I don't know what use it would be given the overall findings.
NOT TRUE -WE FEEL IF THEY HAD DONE A BETTER JOB THERE WOULD NOT BE SO MANY AMBIGOUS LOGS ETC - WHICH WOULD MEAN WE WOULD NOT BE IN THIS POSITION
There is not much ambiguity. The log of the "second call" is not ambiguous it clearly notes the dispatcher received a call from the internal police line and who the person who transmitted it was- the same person Jeremy had called initially. An offsite log from someone who misunderstood that there were 2 bodies in the kitchen was not hard to figure out what had occurred. The person assumed there were 2 bodies because the first seen was thought to be female but when seen it was actually male. Peopel intent on proving conspiracy claims strain to use such evidence as proof of police misconduct not out or any real confusion. The reports of the police make clear how they thought it was afemale at first but then up close found out it was a male. Did Sheila have gray hair? Who would have called her an elderly female with gray hair?
SEE TH HISTORY OF THE MODERATOR I POSTED (COURTESY OF ROCH) BEFORE THERE ARE DOCUMENTS TO BACK IT UP
Documents to back up what?
I have seen documents that:
1) relate to the moderator being given a new designation and the change in designation was fully explained to the court which is why this claim went no where.
2) about who searched the house but the statements of the police were that they were not told to take any wepaons and didn't take them or the ammunition carrier or other accessories at the time of the initial searches of the closet.
If there are documents of something else let me know.
THEY ACCEPTED IT WAS SUICIDE INITIALLY
Yes they did and didn't investigate the scene like a homicide scene as they should have because it should be after all the eveidence is processed fully is when it is proper to conclude instead of simply believing Jeremy like Inspector Clousseau did.
Scipio Wrote:"Jeremy did make many claims though and these claims initially swayed the head investigator. Many of these claims turned out to be lies though. Why was Jerey lying/ To make police think Sheila committed the killings. Why would he lie and try to convince them she committed the killings unless he was in fact responsible and framing her? These lies are evidence he was trying to frame her. Jeremy Bamber supporters always ignore such evidence and try to pretend everything he said was honest. They try to pretend that Sheila went shooting, that he regularly shot animals and that the ridiculous story of him leaving the gun out has to be true and even make up nonsense about how suppressors and telescopic sights don’t do anything."
NOT TRUE -SEE HIS STATMENT - WHAT OTHER LIES ?
It is true. He changed his claims when he made his statement because other people contradicted him
Paragraph 30 2002 Appeal decision:
"The appellant told the police that Sheila Caffell could use a gun. He said they had gone target shooting together and she had used all the guns in the house before. In the light of what they were told the uniformed officers requested armed assistance before any attempt to search the house was made. The appellant dictated a list of the firearms kept at the house. He told the police that he had loaded the .22 automatic rifle the previous night because he thought he had heard rabbits outside. He said he had left the gun on the kitchen table with a full magazine and a box of ammunition nearby."
YOU ARE JOKING ? AT THAT TIME OF YEAR IT WAS PERFECTLY POSSIBLE
Is it like Scandinavia where there are only a couple of hours of darkness? At any rate I notice how you ignored the part that he was not kown to shoot vermin ever because he didn't like shooting them and had not much interest in guns at all.
THEY COULD HAVE BEEN PUT AWAY DURING THE EVENING FOR ALL JB KNEW AND FOR ALL WE KNOW AS WELL
He claims the box of bullets was still in the same location he left them so suggests the gun was as well thus easy access for Sheila. That was the argument made by the defense at trial. In any event, if he had actually left it out they likely would have been put away. But there is no reason at all to believe his claim that he decided to go try to shoot rabbits when it would have been dark already so he would not even have likely noticed any rabbits, was not known to ever shoot rabbits, that the gun had been stored without the accessories attached and that he planned to go shoot rabbits without first installing the sights and suppressor if he had in fact found it without them attached. I love how he was rushing because he was scared they would run away but wasn't scared the noise from the shot would scare them off.
ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ BORED NOW

"He had no idea police would be able to figure out it was her blood inside the suppressor or that it was used in the murders, he didn’t know enough about science and figured his word the gun was left out without the suppressor attached would be good enough. ??"
BUT HE WAS A COLD PLANNING CALCULATING MURDERER - WHAT A SILLY BOY
Cold calculating murderers miscalculate all the time or none would get caught. His lack of knowledge about firearms and the science of blood evidence did him in big time. But he made other errors as well like not bothering to make sure the box didn't have too many bullets to have been the source of the bullets used for the murders and telling Julie so much for so long was a huge mistake.
