Banners & urinating. How is that evidence ?

And how did Jeremy get these pictures ?

And who an earth took them & why ?

And why didn't the police just dump them if processed ?  They are nothing to do with anything.
Well if the photographs exist then they would be crucial to the defence's case. For it would prove that the police did not only move the body's. But also that they stage managed them. The other two questions I cannot answer.

Yes they do and so do I. It is a fault common to us all. But this one went off topic from the start.

Maybe there is not much new evidence.

Adam you are very selective about what you believe sometimes you need statements to convince you. Is it not in Wilks book ;D

has anybody actually seen this alleged photographic evidence.
Jeremy claims to possess such photos. He even questioned as to why the relatives did not themselves object to them. But notice that I did say "alleged" photographs.

Adam if this did happen police uinating and another taking a photo they obviously thought it was all a big joke and shows the level of their intelligence and does not say much for EP and maybe this is why they had a bad reputation as being useless.

Urinating outside perhaps is respecting the crime scene. The toilets inside WHF were perhaps closed off.

Are you saying the defence should have used this log to suggest there were conversations with Sheila ?

Everyone knows there was not.
All we have is what the police wrote down in their reports. But there is that intriguing sentence that says, "Team in conversation with someone in the house" or words to that effect. Why use the word "conversation" which assumes that of a two way communication?

It is inconcievable that Jeremy would not know about any conversations. He was either outside, or sitting calmly in a car, where the police would have told him.

The police log operator was miles away. It was later logged that attempts with the loud speaker had met with no response.

What is evidence relating to the massacre ? Banners or outside urinating ?

I don't believe you are that Stupid - I answered your question - why would the police do any kind of training exercise whilst the bodies were still in the house . Preserving any crime scene is paramount to any investigation - in order to get at the TRUTH and perhaps if EP had done that in the first place I would not have to be answering your inane comments.

You stupid idiot.

We were not discussing training exercises. But new evidence since the trial.

Apparently Jeremy has photos of police erecting a banner for some reason. And police urinating away from the crime scene. Not sure how this will get him released.

The courts were well aware of the training exercises.

Is this the exact quote? Often the Devil´s in the detail.
I think I came to the conclusion a while back that they were referring to Jeremy.

How was Sheila engaging ? Shouting through the bedroom window. In other words every single person present would have heard.

I said I did not think you were that stupid - it was a compliment.

If the photos existed it would be evidence that the crime scene had been contaminated by other officers and therefore evidence my not be acceptable in court. Bit like the hand swabs really.
