Adam I don't really understand Sheila's illness but many on the forum do and I have learnt so much from them Jeremy was a young guy and mental illness was not widely talked about back them as it is now that does not say Jeremy and Sheila did not get on and like one another.

There has not been much new evidence in the last 30 years. Certainly nothing to quash the conviction, or even get a release on a technicality.

None of the witnesses have retracted a word of their statements or testimonies.

Out of desperation Jeremy claimed there were actually conversations in the house after seeing a police log. It is inconcievable that Jeremy would not have been aware of this on the night. Espesically as half the time he was directing operations outside,  insinuating Sheila. Why tell the police Sheila was experienced with guns when she wasn't ?

Jeremy also claimed years later that Neville called the police.  Again it is inconcievable that the police would not have told him, either on the night or during the month afterwards.

The latest evidence was a picture of a foot. Apparently covered in blood. Although I did not see any. Or any glass or sugar.
So (1) why has this picture surfaced after all these years? (2) If it was available at the original trial why was it not used as proof that Sheila's feet were clean? The big question of course is (3) Why has it only recently come to light?

Good point.

Does anyone know when Sheila stopped modelling ?
Could we keep to the question of the thread if possible please? We seem to be straying onto old stuff all the time?

Do we know if any of the original police logs were seen in the trial ? For example the one when they were in "conversation" with someone in the farm? Were these produced and then "explained away" >:(

Or were the jury not aware of these?

One more piece of alleged new evidence is that Jeremy claimed to have received new photographic evidence that showed police officers: (1) holding a banner out of the skylight of WHF. (2) Of them urinating against a greenhouse. (2) Of abusing the bodies of the victims and photographing them in various lewd positions.

Now those photos would be much more interesting than clean feet.

People go off topic in my threads. Including you. Although to be fair you did answer my question of what Sheila was doing when Neville phoned Jeremy.

What did the banner say ?

Banners & urinating. How is that evidence ?

And how did Jeremy get these pictures ?

And who an earth took them & why ?

And why didn't the police just dump them if processed ?  They are nothing to do with anything.

Lewd positions. Of Neville, June or the twins ? Or perhaps Sheila ?

The police would respect the scene of the crime. Especially with Jeremy there. There had been a horrific massacre.

The raid team were also there. Photographers & crime scene  investigators would also be arriving promptly.

Are you saying the defence should have used this log to suggest there were conversations with Sheila ?

Everyone knows there was not.
