I have to be worrying about work lookout. The Plume School are talking about getting rid of me because of ill health. But I think that ever since I've been in charge of security there we've only had one burglar get away.

make sure you know your rights in that respect - there is a good person on legal beagles  in the employment section you will tell you exactly what your rights are. she may be a bit blunt but she knows her stuff . it is a free forum

there is an employment section. I was involved on the forum because of the bank charges and they usually are very helpful.
