The above are the words of a man who was CLEARED of all charges against him. Bill Roache maintains that the trial judge didn't like him and it's his opinion that judges work for the prosecution. He accuses the judge of being partial and biased. His QC had the courage to challenge the judge by telling him that his summing up was biased. Perhaps Jeremy's QC should have done the same.

In his particular case he is probably correct because it was purely one mans words against 5 others - so really it came down to who presented the evidence , or lack of it, in the best way.

I feel really sorry if the women were true victims - but I still cant see how the CPS thought they stood a chance after all these years and without supporting evidence , and feel unfortunately that it might put other women off reporting attacks.

i behavior of the police and the cps afterwoods pissed me of they  sent out press releases that bassicaly said the verdict was wrong.
