Den this is shocking and it wont ever be justice when police withheld vital evidence, it should be a criminal offence there and over here.  We have had DNA since the late 90's why did it take so long to prove he was innocent?  Through neglect and gross misconduct this man was left on the streets to kill again....

This is an horrendous case and proves how much is " fed" to the jury from the prosecution. Poor man.
They displayed a vicious and cruel scenario in the Louise Woodward case,in the States,when she was accused of killing a baby in her care.
I supported Louise's parents when they lived in Elton,Chester,,because I didn't believe the girl had killed the baby.
