So you are suggesting that after being told about loaded firearms present in the house, Adams simply kept the information to himself?

And you say this because it isn't mentioned in composite statements put together to submit the case to the CPS.

Either that or you you are telling us that Adams has lied?

Why has Jeremy given the police false information regarding the presence of loaded firearms?

I am not suggesting anything.  I am merely pointing out to you what others have said in there statements and that is that there were no mention of loaded guns being in the farmhouse, in them.

Adam's must have been concerned and he was in charge of the situation; plus he might have been under a great deal of pressure.

Having spoken to Jeremy and and asked him "What state are the firearms likely to be is" Jeremy replied
" I should say the bolts have been removed and everything locked up"  Adam's then snaps at Jeremy and says " I'm not interested in what you say, I'm concerned for my officers"  This is when Jeremy tells him he left his rifle loaded and that there are loaded weapons left in the house.

Having read it over and over it does not make sense at all......saying one thing then immediately saying another....But on saying that we weren't there to judge if this was the truth or not, or something that was said being taken out of context.

The fact still remains that others failed to mention this when Adam's did his briefing.....fact.   ;D ;D ;D ;D

Haha, it really isn't rocket science.  ::)

Adams asks about the firearms.
Jeremy replies by saying how firearms 'should' be kept.
Adams says he isn't interested how they should be kept, he wants to know how they 'are' kept.
Jeremy then says that they are kept loaded and are not locked away, he also says that he left a loaded rifle out the night before.

Now knowing this to be completely untrue and even changing his story about leaving a loaded rifle out, why did JB mislead the police in to thinking the situation involved multiple loaded weapons?  ???

The fact is my dear the raid team were already in place at the time Jeremy allegedly said that to Adam's. It made no difference to the already siege situation. The fact is Adam's did not have enough men because of the size of the farmhouse.  :) :) :)

I don't care about the number of men, I am asking why JB misled the police into thinking the incident involved multiple loaded firearms.  ???

Its not there in Woodcocks statement is it....Adam's only tells him that rifle 18 was partly loaded.....

Adam's failed to tell his men what Jeremy had told him didn't he? This was more likely to have been because he didn't say it in the way he has said in his statement.....I saw you looking hahahaha  ;D ;D ;D ;D

Certainly seems to have Patti.  The problem to me is that there are so many inaccuracies in this case that anyone can take hold of one point and argue black is white over it but without other statements/docs backing it up it really is one person's opinion against another and proves nothing. ;) ;)

Hi Maggie :)

Its clear that Adam's did not brief his team that there were loaded guns in the house.  The reason for him not telling them us unclear.  When you have read all the other statements its clear that none of them were told this at all.....So its Adam's versus all the others.

At the end of the day the raid team were already in place before Jeremy had allegedly said that to Adam's....And, its a fact that Adam's sent for more men due to the size of the farmhouse....

I've been saying this for nearly two hours lol

On saying all of this I know where Ralf and Hartley are coming from and I'm aware that I have sold my point to them hahahahaha  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

I read both Caroline's and your posts and followed your argument but there was no point me joining in as you both were saying it all anyway.
I also see their argument but it cannot be proven what was said by Jeremy, there is a possibility part of a sentence was omitted as the two replies ie. one saying they were all locked away and the other saying there were many guns loaded don't flow smoothly together imo.   :) :)

No they don't Maggie.  Maybe the un was omitted from the statement that was never signed eh? Its a guessing game really and that relevant even if Jeremy did say that, it does not mean he pulled a trigger that night....  ;D ;D ;D ;D
