Hi Roch

I've posted about this previously.  As far as I can see these people are a quite literally a law unto themselves.  No one seems to keep tabs on them.  I would like to see a record of all MoJ's and the judges who presided over the original trials.  Also the QC's involved in MoJ's and whether or not correlations exist between majority verdicts v unanimous and referrals to CCRC and CoA.  Perhaps be an interesting exercise to look at recent MoJ's and then look at the trials to see who was involved and whether names repeat.

Might some kind of innocence or moj project not carried out such research previously?

Jon, I haven't read all of that document, but find it disgusting to the point of making a crime fit, simply because that person was there....I do hope that this sort of policing is being practised today.... ;D ;D ;D ;D

Hi Jon, very interesting but sadly not too surprising.  Good for Chris Mullen for exposing the truth.  I'm pretty sure little has changed  :-\
