Yes, I understand the Lomax book to lean in a certain way.

I just didn't think it was that well written - was a bit disappointed by it.

It's a forum about a multiple murder, not a dating site, I'm not sure I've ever felt lonely and I certainly haven't come here to make friends. If you are referring to Darcyanon then check out my reply to her very first post accusing her of having multiple accounts.
Besides, unless you are all toying with me I thought I was getting along with most of you fairly amicably?

Why the sudden bitterness?  ???

I'm a HE !

And sometimes Cook suggest Jeremy mentioned the movement at the window and other times, he says it was Mayall but he ALWAYS looks 'shifty'

Wasn't his name bews?

But there are two versions of the window incident recorded on TV from the same policeman?

That would be Bews. I'd like to see the original account, but the witness statements of the first officers on the scene don't seem to be forthcoming from Mike (the forum owner), which in itself makes me suspicious.
Also, and more importantly,  JB was there, he hasn't said anything until recently,  which further reinforces my view that it's much to do about nothing.

Bews said it was a reflection, they watched and the effect could be repeated.

His two interviews were inconsistent otherwise, I put that down to the passage of time. Of course others put it down to telling pork pies.  :-\

As I say, I haven't read any of them.

That's putting me on the spot.  :-\

I don't know, I think she has a certain amount of accountability herself. But I do believe that her evidence was honest and the discrepancies are down to JB feeding her lies rather than creating them herself.

How about you?

I think there is a lot of detail in what she said that makes me believe what she says BUT... I think that if jeremys guilty then at first she must have been covering for him and was prepared to go along with it OR she was trying to get him into less trouble by trying to pin it on macdonald.

Yes, that's what I meant by the accountability.

Still, everybody else will tell you I'm completely biased, you're best off arriving at your own conclusion. Apologies for the old he/she thing.  :P

Good night.
