Morning Patti

I love you.

I will read the pathologis's report very carefully as I find it ambigous.  I think what he is saying is that the four head shots together would prove fatal but that individually he may have survived for a short while ie possibly moved from bedroom to kitchen.  This would then tie in with the location of the bullets  :-\ :-\ :-\
Nevill must have been heavily disabled by the time he reached the kitchen.  I would doubt there was much if any struggle in the kitchen, someone who was bleeding was obviously by the sink at some time that night, someone with blood on their hand held onto the work top but if he had head/jaw shots I would guess Nevill collapsed or was pushed into the chair quite easily and quickly.
However tall and fit he was, once shot he was at the mercy of the killer imo.

Jones again in the thick of it, this time he is trying to persuade Vanezes that Jeremy was the culprit and not Sheila, but Vanezes reply was " Its almost to incredible to believe" "you would have to have been a nutter"

It is questionable, but Vanezes is clear in his conclusions that in his opinion Neville received the last 4 bullets to his head when he had ceased to struggle.  They do look like double shots, there is no mistaking that....Even down to the two downward shots of Neville's left shoulder and arm.

I love you too, hope you are not being naughty where you are...lol

See below.....X

Thanks Patti

But he says in "all probability".  He is unable to say 100%.  I find some of his reports change slightly/ambiguous and I daresay this is down to the investigation changing shape.  What takes precedence the investigation or findings of the pathologist?

When I'm naughty I'm usually nice too  ;). Naughty but nice was the ad for fresh cream eclairs?  I do like fresh cream.  I once ate a whole tub of clotted cream  :-[ :-[ :-[ I intended to make banana splits but just ate the whole tub sitting on a bench in Dartmouth  :-[ :-[ :-[. The fat and calorie content of that stuff is off the richter scale!!!

Its his view nonetheless.  What I can't understand is that two of those shots meet up...there is no other way to say this but they meet up in the same area inside the head.   You have also got to weigh up the distances of all 4 shots...go find lol

I shall post this and see what you make of it.....Cream is a yuk substance, however clotted cream on a scone with jam is quite delicious...mmmmmm

Its what Vanezes says about the 4 shots....which must have been queried at some point.
