hello
« on: August 24, 2013, 04:15:PM »
hello all Im new here and have only in the last few months taken a greater interest in this case. I well remember the actual event and the huge media interest it caused and am afraid that I was guilty as most of not asking myself questions at the time and swollowing the stories printed at the time. If the vast ammount of facts now known were available at the time of the original trial I am sure  a different outcome would have been recorded. When the original jury asked about financial gain and were not told of the secret land deal Ralph had made is I beleive  in itself enough to make this conviction unsafe. It is a discrase that shames the legal system that no action to put this right was taken as soon as it was known.
one thing that I have never seen mentioned (I might be wrong) is the way the children were found.
If a gunman were to run riot in a house a normal mother would run to her children "quick get up run hide" or baracade herself with then in the bedroom pile the furnature up against the door. Or if she were to find them shot dead she would pick them up turn them over try to save them even cuddle them in distress. Either way I cannot square the fact that they were found "as if asleep one sucking his thumb"

regards wilf

Wilf, Hello and Welcome. You are certainly not alone in believing Jeremy to be guilty before changing your mind and there are STILL many questions surrounding this case which require answers. Bit by bit I hope we can contribute to the truth finally being revealed. I hope you find your time with us informative and enjoyable. If you want to know anything, just ask. One of us is likely to have the answer.

Best wishes, April
