Julie Mugford's claims of violence, rape and murder
« on: August 02, 2013, 09:32:AM »
Julie Mugford was just 20 years of age at the time of the tragedy at WHF.  Yet despite her youth and coming from a middle classish background and attending grammar school and university she claims to have personally experienced the following:

1. An abusive step-father  who beat her.
(source JB's wit stat page 14)

2. Suffered an anonymous brutal rape whilst in France.
(source: Letter dated May 1996 - Justice For All - The Manchester Mckenzie organisation)

3. Her ex boyfriend discussing his plans with her to murder 5 members of his adoptive family for up to a year before following through and announcing on the eve in question "Tonights the night".

Steve_uk has recently stated in a post that he believes those claiming abuse etc should always be listened to and any claims taken seriously.  I totally agree.  We have recently heard about much child abuse from the past: childrens' homes, church, celebs where the victims felt unable to come forward and when they did their claims were not taken seriously and dealt with appropriately.  However, I have to say imo the statistical chances of one young female from a UK middle classish background suffering all 3 of the above seems unlikely.

Perhaps it is also worth bearing in mind the integrity of Julie Mugford's character:

1. Cheque book fraud

2. Burglary

3. Drug dealing

Hi NN,,having read snippets of the " Justice for All ",,it's quite plain to see that this case should never have gone to trial if the police had done their job properly.

This is the worse MOJ that this country is ever going to see.! I mean that,,100%.

Good post NN, the alternative would suggest that there is a tendency to massage the truth for the purpose of seeking attention.

Quote," The relatives had openly admitted that after the murders, their only consideration was how to incriminate Jeremy Bamber."unquote.

Says it all really.

Did anyone know that Colin had had sex with another woman on his wedding night.?
Nice sort of a chap I must say.
Is it any wonder that poor Sheila was ill,if she'd known about this little gem.?

Re. JM's rape. I'm almost sure that she'd have sued, knowing her love for money,,so in fact,it's questionable as to whether she was raped. Just happened to be something else she could pin on Jeremy for not having been there at the time.Yeah.!

The more I read about this, the worse it gets. If I was Jeremy,I'd be stamping my feet at the disgust of all the lies rolling off the tongues of those who should have been comforting him after losing all his family, but instead were scheming to get " shut of him " for the rest of his life and theirs.

An excellent and noteworthy post, NaNu. Stimulation and danger seem to play a large part in her life.

Apparently,JMs' reason for identifying the deceased was to " speak to Sheila to get to know what happened ". So immediately I smell uncertainty after the accusations against Jeremy.! Why the need to ask someone who can't answer, anyway.?
JM already knew of the phone conversation when Jeremy allegedly said " tonight's the night ",,so why the uncertainty when she already knew that Jeremy " had murdered them all ".?

And what led to her ghoulish desire to go back for a second look at the twins?

NaNu, it is and I have! Might it be possible that each of these crimes is a springboard for another, as in, "What will YOU do if I............"? It seems reasonably clear that she didn't need Jeremy beside her to break the law. Was it she who persuaded Jeremy to break into the caravan site office? Did she offer to be part of the Amsterdam drugs run. I feel quite certain that she would have found more takers amongst her student friends than would Jeremy amongst the local farmers.
