Tesko files - Jeremy thought Anthony Pargeter was the murderer...

During my ill fated discussion on the Panic alarm, on 18th April, Tyler was quoted as follows;

"A friend of mine corresponds with Jeremy and has recently asked him about it. His response was that it was installed "post" murders along with the burglar alarm."

So the family say that it wasn't installed until afterwards, at the same time as the burglar alarm and Bamber was with the fitter when it was installed.

Bamber has told Tyler's friend that it was fitted afterwards and at the same time as the burglar alarm.

Tesko says it was before the murders.

Who's the odd one out and by what knowledge can he possibly know what the family and Bamber don't know, seeing as all of them, except Tesko, have lived in the house??

Name your friend, and post the letter in which Jeremy says what you are saying...

Good Morning Vic. Your post SO surprised me that I had to read it twice. I've lost count of the nimber of your posts in which you proclaim Jeremy to be a liar. This one seems to credit him with telling the truth :D

With this guy being renowned for his honesty, I'm surprised you're taking his word on anything, especially as it was mentioned long after the fact but by the same token, who told Vic? He argued quite adamantly, proclaiming that Ann and Peter thought Neville was trying to reach it. Don't really want to go over this again but if the question is asked from one side then it should also be asked from the other - just to balance things out!

If it wasn't you or Jeremy, who told him, and why wouldn't he have checked with Jeremy whether or not an alarm even existed before issuing his press release?

For that matter why are you still banging on about there being an alarm if Jeremy is telling the truth to Tyler's friend?

I agree about GDSs honesty, but he's far from stupid, why would he just make up a non existent alarm if he hadn't been told about one? It's hardly going to assist his credibility when it's pointed out that there wasn't one.

Well, perhaps he made a mistake? Vic made a similar mistake and he is also far from stupid. Claims about the alarm have come from both sides on the forum Bridget but let's not forget that it was Jeremy who said it was installed 'after'. You were prepared to believe in it's existence only a few days ago, even though there was no evidence to suggest it was there post murders. You told me that just Ann's say so was evidence enough. Now you're using the opposite argument to accuse either Mike or Jeremy of being a liar - you can't have it both ways!

GDS was quite specific, he didn't just claim that there was an alarm, he also claimed that it had been triggered at 5am on the morning if the murders. That would be quite a mistake.

There was evidence that it was there pre murders, but the evidence turned out to be a mistake on Vic's part (if we ignore the imaginative GDS).

To the extent where she managed to portray to Vic that she and Peter had envisaged Nevill trying to reach it? How could Vic misconstrue something like that?  If they weren't envisaging him trying to reach an alarm trigger/panic button, then what was it that they were envisaging him trying to reach?
