'Now, the significance of this has enormous consequences for the safety or otherwise of the murder convictions which for 30 years or so, have stood on solid foundations...'

I agree Mike,  that the conviction is based on 'solid foundations'. But the documents some of the campaign team claim the police have,  will result in an unprecedented MOJ being exposed.

I regard myself as a self taught expert in accident, and crime scene reconstruction, I have learned my trade studying thousands of cases regarding the same, with hands on experience in many of these cases, where I had ample opportunity to speak first hand with persons suspected, and convicted of such crimes, or as the case may be, accidents they were involved in. No bent copper can pull the wool over my eyes, that's for sure. By the same token, no true criminal denying their involvement or responsibility for a crime they have been accused of, charged with, or convicted and sentenced for, can realistically expect to give me any fanny, and expect to get away with it. I pride myself at working with the truth, on behalf of the people I try to help. I know 1000% that police staged the body of Ralph Bamber in the kitchen, they put his head in the coal bucket, they used clothing, a towel, and two seat cushions to try to control the spread of blood further a field on the kitchen floor...

You have a very high opinion of yourself.  People who actually know about these things have a very low opinion of your competence and skills.  You have a great imagination little more.  Imaginations are fine when you want to make a fictional work and don't care about realism.  For legal purposes though an imagination is worthless if you are going to ignore the facts and evidence.

Nevill bled by the aga many hours before police entered.  The blood establishes this quite clearly just as Sheila's pool of blood on the bedroom floor proves that is where she was shot and killed. Ignoring it and making up that police staged Nevill's body is worthless except for a work of fiction.

If you truly believe such made up things provide some legal value than you are delusional.
