Ah! Which is?
There is still the possibility that the "Unident male" in Myall's report was referring to Jeremy's arrival at the farm. Sorry, but I cannot remember what time that was.

...and the EVIDENCE at the Trial was the telephone call from JB to the Police took place at least 10 minutes earlier than 03.36.
So Mike, even though I know you don't accept the accuracy of the above, on the assumption that JB made his telephone call at no later than 03.26, do you accept that, putting the matter as neutrally as possible, it is surprising that JB took so long to reach WHF in his motor car?

Under cross examination PC West states that the time of the call was 03:36 and that to his knowledge, the clock he used to register the time was not 10 mins fast.

Within the first post on this thread, Mike tells us that at 03.52 JB was driving along Pages Lane

Hi Caroline
Would it be possible for you to identify the source material for PC West's cross- examination?

  • What is in those 200 boxes?
Hi Tyler and April
Do you agree that if JB concluded his telephone call(s) by 03.37 but didn't arrive at WHF until some 15 minutes later, it follows that JB must have dilly dallied in travelling that relatively short distance of about 3 or 4 miles?

Maybe he had to pee - put clothes on, such things...

That may well be Mike, but there is evidence that Jeremy verbally obstructed an early entry into White House Farm whilst he hoped and prayed Sheila had bled to death by the time the storming took place.
Steve jeremy would have been taking instructions from the police that night what they said goes end of, be they stormed  the farm at that time or a hour before / after jeremy would be having no say in the matter.

Well, please assume that he concluded his telephone call(s) at 03.37, do you accept that it took JB a long time to reach WHF?
That time of year and time, quite certain the windscreen of the car jeremy used was steamed up prior to moving.

So, he put some clothes on, had a pee, walked to his car, noted that the windscreen was steamed-up, put on the de-mister and then drove at the speed limit to WHF
Yes, you are all right and I am wrong (as you usually are)
I can now, it having been fully explained to me, perfectly understand quite how it took 15 mins to travel the 3 or 4 miles to WHF

  • Very delusional
For too long now, people have been fooled into thinking that Jeremy deliberately took his time getting from his cottage to the scene, but the facts speak for themselves, he tried to get there as fast as he could once he was told police had been deployed to the scene...

If Jeremy would of been at the since before the police, they think he did it? so which way everyone looks at it your guilty for being there before the police, and your guilty for taking your time....
500ml of Chloroform is next :P

i understand he was told to meet them there , i was under the view he did that , if he was told to meet there it has to be assumed the police were in the better location to arrive first. The police unlike jeremy do not have to comply with speed limits as and when deemed to do so, i very much doubt if they too like jeremy were driving within speed limits.

Jim...Mike says JB was driving down Pages Lane at 03.52? It's possible.JB called police at 03.36 and the call is alleged to have lasted 11 minutes. That leaves 5 minutes for him to get to WHF.
