Surely this must set a precedence for the powers that be,police,CCRC,judges,etc to pull their fingers out. Shortage of money shouldn't be the issue ( excuse ) in departments dealing with MOJ's,but common sense and the ability to thoroughly study these cases,costs nothing !!
