That's two major trial cases. The other is the one of April Jones which is on the 28th April, but will be still on going by the time Hazel goes to trial. 

Nugs I can't see why he would plead not guilty, unless others where involved. I said this at the beginning...I suppose we will have to wait and see..

Hi Nugs, he blatantly lied to MWT well he lied in front of millions of people...who watched it. One cock up, he talked of Tia in the past tense.  The police have a lot to answer too in my opinion, they failed to find not only once but twice....I think MWT said he was not allowed in her bedroom, that would ring alarm bells to me...why not? Why would they want to keep her bedroom in the way she left it....If they thought she was going to come him....it wreaks of a cover up by Hazel and abetted by someone else...IMHO...

The police believe that when they originally checked the loft,that her body was in the neighbouring loft space,that was connected by a door,and that is why it wasn't found.After loft was searched,someone has obviously moved the body back.A junior officer sparked the second search as he said the sniffer dog kept alerting toward a bedroom ceiling and he and another officer could smell decomposition.Why they didn't do a more thorough search there and then,I just don't know.Obviously over-ruled by more senior officers?

Paul Meehan's trial starts today,in connection with the Tia Sharp murder. Stuart Hazell's trial begins at the Old Bailey next week. He has secured the services of Lord Alexander Carlile,who's fees of 900 pounds per day will be covered by legal aid. Hazell's defence will be that Tia suffered a "dreadful accident" and he panicked,hiding her body in the loft.

Nugs,I'm not certain,but isn't he charged with giving false information to the police? I think he told them he had seen her,when he hadn't,as she would already have been dead. In effect,he was covering for Hazell?

Poor Tia! Prosecution are alleging that SH sexually abused her before murdering her. They found a sex toy with her blood on it. He also had 2 memory sticks containing child porn and images of Tia sleeping.

These are truly sickening cases involving children. What's going on with these monsters.? The ruddy internet has a lot to answer for as there's never been so many creeps online.  How can such subhumans find a child" sexually attractive ".? It's making me feel ill. I couldn't read all the details of these types of cases.
