Do you know, if I was ever going to design software intended to irritate the hell out of JB supporters you would be the perfect prototype. You are the literary equivalent of a Terminator - relentless ;)

What!!!!!  ;D  He is a Jeremy Bamber fan...Have you not clicked yet? Steve wants us to argue the points, because he can then give a good argument back in his book....Right I'm off..... ;D ;D ;D ;D

That would be a fail because of the pressures exerted upon the body in general. The skull is one of the most vulnerable places and can be affected by the helium if the diver came up quickly. The failure had nothing to do with his mental state. Honestly the things that are put forward on this forum in order to disadvantage JB at every turn. Un believable. ::) :(

Ahem... time to do a diving refresher course I think Lugg! Helium lol

If you're going to get bent it's very unlikely to have anything to do with skull weakness. If he failed the medical it was more likely to do with the danger of hitting your head, and the difficulties of dealing with such a trauma whilst underwater.

It may irritate, Bridget, it also leaves little space for mind changing. The constant vitriol and spiteful barbs, which under any other circumstances would be defamation of character, are much more inclined to make one want to defend Jeremy.

Tell me then what is your view as to why they failed him?

Yes I see that, a sort of reverse psychology.

Sorry I didn't see your answer Bridget. Yes you're probably right. In any case even from your own opinion his medical failure was quite irrelevent as regards his mental state at the time of his alledged murdering spree? So my original objection was valid. In that it was just another excuse by Steve to introduce something that was designed to make JB look guilty.

Julie's claim that JB had hired a hitman was based purely on what JB had told her ... i cant see why she would lie about that seeing as clearly the murders were not carried out by a hitman or 3rd person.

I think that most of the truth of this case was that anyone who knew JB began to realise that he was capable of this crime , maybe even more so when the truth about the caravan site robbery came out

Lots of people steal things but aren't killers!! I believe she used the hit man in her 'story' because she either heard someone else mention it (and she just elaborated) or she didn't think he would actually be convicted when they found out there was no hit man. However, I don't think she had any intention of going to the police - her hand was forced.

I think you forget about the support and many friends Jeremy Bamber has. Some of those knew him before the crime, many of them know him very well. Also mike who lived closely with jb...none of these people believe him capable. No doubt some thought him guilty but by no means everyone who knew him. :)
