Just been reading about this case and I must say I am glad the bastard is dead.  It was cruelty beyond belief, what the pair of them inflicted on that poor little girl and for what and why...What bloody harm could she have done to them....Good riddens and give the two that killed him a medal...

He got a minimum sentence of 23 years and his wife got 8 years..I can't say what I feel about the poor mite mother, for fear of losing my manners...again!!!!!!

Regardless of protection wings etc if another prisoner/s wants to get you they will get you, its all just a matter of timing.  There are a lot of lifers in prison who have nothing to lose as they know they are not getting released, so they wouldnt think twice of killing someone like Subham Anwar.

From what I've heard, the majority of prisoners believe in JB's innocence. I believe this to be true, otherwise he would be dead by now.

Hi oncesaid  I agree with you as child killers are not taken too kindly to in prison and certain prisoners would go out of their way to kill you.

I'm not sure what that is, but presumably it has windows. If you are double-glazed, it might be easier to get in through the front door if all the windows were locked, but most people don't lock every window. Most front doors can be opened without causing damage.

reader I assume a sandstone tenement could have several floors and bigdave is on the top floor better to enter by the door if you can especially if you can't stand heights ;D

Perhaps, but it's a bit misleading to say that you live in a £350,000 house if you just have the top floor in it.
