Just a few things here to query initially.

There is no phone mast belonging to Ocean Club.
The claim that evidence exists to show Maddie must be dead cannot be accurate. This is a large part of the incongruity.
Given the list you have provided above, why are the McCann's not screaming from the rooftops about Bruekner?
Why has Operation Grange not taken up the mantle from the German prosecutor, who couldn't get Brueckner charged?

Hyatt claimed he followed the practice of 'believing someone until they talk you out of it'.  He claimed it was very easy to recognise that the McCann's from a very early stage, had come to terms with the death of Maddie. Amaral also did not feel that they behaved like parents whose child had gone missing. Ex-cop Jon Wedger and the other body language expert (whose name I also posted up) also separately made reference to Hyatt's work in this case. I'm not claiming he is infallible - but he worked with police authorities in the US.  Both Hyatt and Wedger were trained specifically in the area of child abuse. Wedger has investigated paedophile rings.
