By the way..it is Major Incident PROJECT and not REPORT. Don't know if that makes any difference? Makes me inclined to think it is some kind of surveillance operation though.

I don't see how it could be Jeremy tbh.Surely due to the timings he couldn't have got to the farm by 03.45? And also the police would have first observed him in Pages lane where he pulled up in his car and not in the farm itself?
It also ALLEDGEDLY said further on in the report that PC Myall requested fingerprinting so dont see how it could have been JB.

If the document refers to night of the murders, the only explanation I can think of is that the officers arrived at the farm earlier than they have stated "officially",and genuinely did spot somebody. As Maggie pointed out,EP have juggled times around in this case to suit their purpose.

It certainly makes my aprehension over Lomax's claim, to be quite fair, his interpretation is very open to question.

Personally I think it refers either to JB arriving, or as Tyler suggests it refers to another day. Tyler is likely correct.

Of course they juggled times. That is the purpose of the debriefing. I can't understand why folk don't believe this? This is normal police practice. Their concern at a debriefing is to make sure all police statements complement each other. That is why you get the impression that they are all telling the truth both in their statements and at trial.
It is IMPOSSIBLE" statement to be exactly the same. But by some miracle they are remarkably similar. This does NOT  mean that what they say is the truth. What it does indicate and that quite strongly that there was collusion among them. I know that what I say seems incredible. But believe me this is exactly what happens at a police debriefing.

I've been thinking about this. If the project report referred to surveillance, then I can't see who would likely be at whf at 03.45am post murders?

I can't see how it could refer to JB either. The police arrived at the farm before him,so they would have to have been there prior to 0.3.45 to record his arrival. What time was their car despatched?

I'd like to see the original document.

Plus Myalls, Bews and Saxbys first statements, but I've asked for those once or twice before I think.   :-\

If it's PROJECT, then the above table has been copied out incorrectly?  ???
