We have 4 shots to NB's head all 4 are assumed fatal according to the pathologist.  We only have 3 case shells in the kitchen.

We have 14 in and out of the main bedroom

We have 8 in the twins room.  Thus making it 25 case shells, which is correct.

If Nevill had 4 shot to his head then and one was fatal, then one of those shots must have been fired upstairs, if so, then how did Nevill get downstairs.

It has been said that one case shell could have stuck to the bottom of the shoe of one of the raid team and he transferred it upstairs....Could this be right????????????

Yes, why not?  What is the alternative?

They actually said it could have been moved by the raid team or the killer.

It bothers me that's all.  I could understand if a shell case was found in an odd place...I suppose the one outside the main bedroom would be the one.

This means he was not shot in the shoulder on the way down stairs? So Nevill must have fell to knees in the bedroom, or was shot sat on the bed?  Just a thought!  :) :) :) :)

Wasn't there another case on the stairs?  :-\

I see what you mean, but it's clear that Nevill must have received four shots in the kitchen.

Exactly, otherwise he would have died upstairs.  I looked at DRH's case finding and he never mentions one on the stairs, but on the diagram there is one..I'll have to have another look in the archives.  despite that, he must have had terrible problems getting downstairs anyway.

There is hardly any blood on the kitchen floor Hartley I have zoomed in...There are droplets, which mean blood dripped from someone who was stationary.....or walked very slowly.  Could be spatter of course from the weapon used to hit him on the head....but no trace of that on the table...which I find odd.  :-\ :-\ :-\

If only one bullet hit Nevill from the first load then he has time to get downstairs, but remember the bloodstained wallpaper at chest height in the hallway leading to the kitchen. Of course for Jeremy's story to be true Nevill has to reach one of the telephones, and the telephone in the master bedroom had been removed for whatever reason.

Hi Steve,,,I guess Neville took it downstairs with him for fear the boys would wake up in the middle of the mayhem.

Hi Steve. 4 bullets hit Nevill upstairs, his injuries were extensive and would have hindered any attempt to fight, or even stand up right.  The point I am making is that he took 4 fatal shots in the kitchen, but 3 case shells were found there.

The telephone was removed because of the storm and one of the phones were sent to be mended....it appears the phones were always a problem at WHF.... ;) ;) ;)

I'm still waiting for a complete scenario from the Jeremy supporters as to Sheila's actions and movements. If she shoots June seven times, then the twins once each(of course it could be the other way round)and Nevill is only hit once then he may instinctively rush downstairs to the telephone in the den and not the kitchen;however it seems he did make his way to the kitchen being shot in the hallway during the process.

Nevill had not got to go downstairs to make a phone call....there was a perfectly working phone upstairs.  :-\ :-\ :-\

I still find it surprising that the cordless telephone was out of action-has this ever been properly explained..did someone remove the batteries. In relation to Ralph(Nevill)being shot four times in the bedroom this would make more practical sense as Nevill was the danger to the perpetrator that morning, but Mike suggested that the first ten bullets which hit the victims could be tracked and Nevill was hit only once.

Where was that Patti? I thought the master bedroom telephone had been removed to the kitchen and the normal cream dial kitchen telephone hidden under some magazines.

Does anyone know what type of footwear the raid team was wearing that night? Is there anywhere we can find out?  :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\
