  Vidvic, your Post #207 (B)
So, you and/or the relatives watched this apparently, 'hard to locate', documentary.
For myself, I am not too fussed with viewing it.
I would, however, be interested to see the Diane Keaton production. The purpose for this would be to valuate if there are gas taps available, in the interior of WHF.
You may recall that I have previously enquired, whether Mains gas was connected to the premises. They are but a short distance from the gas supply to Tollesbury. Gas was available to rural locations, for heating, lighting and power, prior to the general connection of electricity.

I think, if you bothered to research what I've told you then you'd find me correct Jon, though I admit its far easier for you to take pot shots from the sidelines. Do a google on Justtv, a company set up by Jessel to make tv programmes on alleged MOJ cases and then check credits for the documentary made in the run up to the 2002 appeal, made by princess productions, a company owned by Justtv's board of directors. When a case is recommended for appeal by the CCRC then it's value as a doc increases, which is precisely what happened to the bamber case after it was referred for appeal with David Jessel as a commissioner and why in Peter Eatons speech on the steps of the courts of justice I wrote the line 'there needs to be an enquiry into the events that led to the case being referred in the first place'.

In answer to a sensible question, Roch, I'm fairly sure that Rough justice did a segment on bamber, I'm sure I recall seeing the tape at some point, but not a whole show, but I don't have a copy. I've watched a lot of DJ's stuff and I might be merging different recollections, but if they didn't then they certainly thought seriously about it. At every stage either princess or just tv continually approach the relatives and when they refused to speak before the 2002 appeal they sent a helicopter into the farm to take aerial shots, hovering about 30ft from the house, trying to take shots into the main bedroom window. Nice.
Vidvic , you claimed RJ made a programme over JB , did they ?
You insuated DJ was treating the Bamber case for financial gain , did he in your opinion ?
You claimed you shouted very loudly at the COA over DJ conflict of interest in the Bamber case , then you claimed you wrote a line in PE statement , did you shout or did you write ?, did anyone hear your complaint's at the COA , if so who ?

It would appear from my notes that Rough Justice were looking at filming a Bamber programme when they were cut from the BBC. The 'Trial and error' series on CH4 were the same team.

From Wiki.....

On rejoining the BBC, Jessel moved to documentary-making, with a particular emphasis on miscarriages of justice. From 1985 he led the team at Rough Justice,[7] the BBC's long-running investigative TV series which re-examined the cases of a dozen people convicted of serious crimes, usually murder, and led to the eventual quashing of most of the convictions. Among his successful cases were the brothers Paul and Wayne Darvell, who typified the unglamorous and forgotten cases that Jessel and his team championed.
In 1990, the Rough Justice team decamped to Channel 4 and set up a production company, Just Television, dedicated exclusively to the investigation and publicising of miscarriages of justice. Jessel had been angered by the BBC's threats to drop the programme due to financial constraints

You will no doubt recall the programme they made.

Yes, but as 'Trial and Error' on CH4. 'Rough Justice' was cancelled.
I complained to the Police and I wrote Peter's speech.

Do you have any financial interest's with anyone involved at any level in the ' Bamber ' case ,
either now or at anytime in the past ?

I too am interested to see the Diane Keaton production. Unfortunately I have not been able to find it anywhere.

Xmas Greetings, Takeshi  -  Long time 'no read'.
  Two points to be pondered:-
  (1)  Would the intrusive filming, by the helicopter crew, be to ascertain the useage of the 'Box Room? That room referred to by a rep of the relatives as the 'Sewing(box) Room'. It is to be observed that the safest refuge in time of emergency, at WHF, would be the 'Panic(button) Room-i.e. the small boxroom between the 2 main bedrooms.
  (2)  Would the incursive RJ filming by DJ have been of sufficient propensity for a (Super)Injunction, upon the Media, to have been obtained by the occupants of WHF?

A question for  our helpful telephones 'geek', Mr Reader.
Perchance the Panic Button wire was severed, would alarm have automatically ,by default. been alerted at EP Control?

A question for 'Pretty Sharp Black Isle' Susan, and fellow Forum members:-
Whom, apart from Nevill and June and the installers, would have been party to, or have had the opportunity to ascertain, the sensitive knowledge of the existence and location of the PANIC BUTTON?

Morning my dear a very happy Christmas to you.  Ah this panic button.  I would suspect Jeremy would know Barbara Wilson and maybe Ralphs close friends.  Don't think the relatives would be privy to it.  The police would know if they were awake that day :) :) :)  It is not a subject that would be advertised.

No, Susie,  It was HE who had apparently left on the Thursday, before Sheila and the twins arrived on the Sunday.

Affirmative, Susie.  It was HE who shall not be named. That Person who recently, had conveniently inveigled JB to leave his 'dabs' on his Super Duper  (Bisley quality) firearm.
