Relatives knew Sheila's body found on bed, and moved to floor by police

Ann Eaton knew these facts from as early as 7th August 1985 - Robert Woodwis Boutflour, reminded ACC Peter Simpson, about this fact, on 6th September 1985, which was enough to persuade Simpson, he aught to start a fresh investigation, looking into the matters raised by the relatives, or risk the consequences of being exposed for interfering with, and covering up, the circumstances of How Sheila died in the bedroom upstairs, when she had already been declared dead (as a suicide) downstairs in the region of the kitchen, and put into a position of trying to explain, how once in the bedroom, Sheila's body had bunny hopped from the bed to the floor, just in time for PC Bird (SOC) to photograph it there, from about 10 am, onwards.....

Ann Eaton knew the identity of at least one police officer who had been there at the scene, and seen Sheila's body on the bed, before it ended up on the bedroom floor, with the gun upon it, and the bible next to the body - stage managed by the police, not by any would be as yet unidentified killer..

I disagree, Ann Eaton knew Sheila's body was on bed, with bible on chest and gun next to body, from as early as 7th August 1985, told to her by a police officer who was there at the scene, and who saw Sheila's body on the bed - Eatons handwritten notes confirm this to be true, and cannot be pushed or swept under th carpet...

Not speculation in my opinion, evidence, that Ann Eaton knew or that she was led to believe that Sheila's body was found on the bed, with the bible on her chest, and the gun on the bed next to her body...

Newspaper reports of the day, published several news stories confirming this to be true...

So, how did Sheila's body bunny hop from the bed to the floor, by 10 O'clock that morning?

Only the police at the scene, in side the house know the Truth...

ewen smith doesnt sound like a very good solicitor to me, why didnt he nake a copy? is ewen smith rthe solicitor  that now works for the ccrc? if he is then a fat lot of good hes done.....useless

instead of ewen smith handing the photo back to the police, why didnt he pass it on to the new solicitor?

i cant understand this, he supposedly has this picture that would have been dynamite, a definate piece of evidence that the crime scene was tampered with, but he hands it back to the police?

mike tesko, did you get a good look at this pic or just a quick glance? is there anyway you could have mistaken sheila been on the bed when infact she could have been on the floor? if it was a quick glance then its possible....maybe?

agree mb1, thats what i was trying to get at, why would the police give that to a solicitor whos DEFENDING jb, makes no sense, like you say it could have been leaked, but even more strangely the solicitor hands it back

He would have needed permission, perhaps, to take a copy.  It wouldn't have done him any good to have a copy of a photograph which he couldn't use.  He may not even have been allowed to inform his client of its existence.  I'm just speculating.  But I'm not doubting it's existence.  I believe Mike when he says he saw that photo.  We don't know the conditions under which he obtained that album or the contents of it other than the photograph which Mike has described.

He has absolute proof of police corruption and does nothing? Whatever permissions were required, he could claim 'public interest'. There is no way the Law Society would disbar him, given it would be a great coup.

Or, perhaps, he suspected he had been passed a bluff?
