URGENT
After seeking legal advice I have been advised to contact yourself, as forum moderator, to request that  a post by Jackie Preece, be removed with immediate effect.  It is dated 8 April 2012, entitled 'Poppymeze her lies and Propaganda', in which Jackie Preece cites PoppyMeze as a 'liar and a troublemaker'.
The post is defamatory, has caused stress and potential damage to her reputation and as such comes under the legal category of  libel.
I await confirmation that you have removed the post.

By posting this message on the open forum rather than reporting the post to the mod team you have in fact drawn attention to the message, on a thread which ended nearly three years ago.  If you objected to this post I am surprised that you did not complain earlier. 

I have reviewed the post and the thread as a whole.  I do not accept that it is libellous, but in response to your complaint I have edited the title of the thread and the wording of the initial post to remove the key comment complained about.  You may wish to remove your post as it repeats the words to which you have objected.  If you do that I will also remove this post.
