I've brought this question up before and found it strange that the opposition have always accepted this without question. Although I stated that its source was Mike himself. As far as I know there is no statement that says this? Yet still most of those of the guilty position accept it as truth.
Possibly because no underwear was listed among her items at the post mortem?
Also,if I recall,it was stated in the newspapers at the time (must be true then eh)?  ;)

I read somewhere that Sheila's private parts may have been showing when Police entered the master bedroom(had Jeremy pulled Sheila's legs after the second shot to check if she were dead and therefore rucked up her nightie?)and a policeman lowered the nightie through modesty. As for Robert Boutflour, all I see is a man who has worked himself into the ground over the last 27 years, whilst Jeremy, though sequestered, looks in far better nick.

The crime scene video footage taken by DC Henderson during the latter stages of the training exercise show indecent images of Sheila's body after police moved her body from bed to floor. The rucking up of Sheila's nightdress was caused when police lifted her body from the bed and placed her on the floor...

The relatives must surely now know that the silencer game is up, and that they really should be complaining to Essex police about the possibility, liklihood, that police officers at the scene stage managed the bodies of the victims during a training exercise, and that crime scene photographs relied upon at trial, were not taken until after the training exercise had concluded, and the bodies of the victims had been moved, and re-arranged by the police, not by Jeremy...

But in my opinion, they cannot do so for precisely the reasons pointed out recently in Martin's recent post. I say this with no disrespect to Vic and his valiant defence of his good friends.  Martin's take on the dynamics between EP and the relatives has been the same as my own opinion for a while but I was unable to put it in to words my self.

I'm sure the relatives wanted five dead members of their family.

If only you could stretch the known anomalies in the prosecution's evidence, over Jeremy's conviction, to see it they fit.  Instead, we get Jeremy being stretched of every anomaly, in an attempt to make him fit them.

No we get a tissue of lies from day 1 of this case at Goldhanger, followed by a clamming up five weeks later when he is finally arrested.

He was co-operative at first was he not?
Until Stan Jones started to p*ss him off!
I think that I would go on the defensive if I was being accused of something that I didnt do!

I totally agree Tyler! There were a handful of "No comments" in 80 pages of his statement and were in response to being badgered by Jones - having answered certain questions, Jones keeps asking either the same question again are arguing with his answer.
