Danny has his sentence suspended today and is free to go home to his family.

I hope they have a lovely christmas and come back with renewed vigour in the New Year to clear his name.

Very Best Wishes to Danny Nightingale and his family for a very special, happy christmas.

Brilliant news. In my opinion he shouldn't have been sent to prison in the first place. What is it with our legal system? There is such inconsistency through the whole warped system. Either they give OTT sentences like this one, or they give rediculously low sentences for very serious crimes. It seems so often that sentencing is by the whim of some judges? "how he feels today". In fact I've had a defendant say that to me once. "I hope he's in a good mood today". They said.
