I agree with you Nugs. Although its said he was drunk, he was driving and he took her.  Did they not say he had been to parents evening....Was he drunk then? He is playing mind games and I think his defence wont argue the case against him...He deserves what is coming to him...Like you say the evidence is already there from day one....

Sounds cut and dried to me! What is so annoying is the cost of a trial when there is sufficient evidence to prove he is guilty at the onset...it all seems a waste and the poor family will have to listen and endure this till the middle till June...Mybe I am jumping the gun but there is no way out of this one Nugs....

I don't think he denies killing her or disposing of her body, but he claims her death was an accident.

I doubt he would be able to provide any proof that he was drunk...the court will only have his word for it...Nugs I think he will pretend he doesn't know, by saying he has no recollection of what happened, but be responsible for her death....

Yes, his girlfriend broke up with him on the day April went missing. He tried to call other woman he knew but they all turned him down.

He's as good as done that,nugs. Sick evidence has been found which points to him. I can't bring myself to read all the findings,,,it's difficult when you have great grandchildren of that age.
