Maybe if I tell you a little of what Jackie was going through around that time you may show a tiny bit of compassion...
On top of fighting JB's corner, she appears to have been stalked by her managing agent - the person who manages the building in which she lives. I believe this person was using various aliases and continued to hound Jackie in varying forms. She also spread malicious lies about Jackie, going as far to allegedly get some of Jackie's own neighbours to spy on her and report back - this info then made it onto public forums.
I imagine Jackie's guard was up and therefore when you appeared to single her out, she went on the defensive; it's human natrre afterall, given such circumstances.
Hopefully when she re-joins the forum you and her can start again and put the past behind you.
I think it's high time focus was placed on what this forum was set up to do; get to the truth.!
Let's hope the mods nip the 'behind the scenes' business in the bud in order for the activities of those with alternative agendas to stop!
If you're going to post Jackie's private business all over the internet you should at least try to get it right. Jackie lost her case a year ago and the recent hearing was on costs. It's true to say that the applicant company did not get the amount it claimed for, but Petey is a lawyer and will tell you that that is more often than not the case. It's hard to see how losing your case and being ordered to pay a part of the other side's costs can be claimed as a victory.
As to the allegations of stalking and whatever other plainly mental accusations you are making, Jackie has provided literally hundreds of print outs to the police, who have confirmed in writing that they have seen absolutely nothing that would substantiate that claim.
