Noel Fellowes
« on: September 06, 2012, 06:30:PM »
This is another miscarriage of justice. In 1970 Neil Fellows from Lancashire was accused tried and jailed for a murder he did not commit. He was bullied by police and vital evidence was withheld from the jury and the defence.  Noel served 4 years of a 7 year sentence which changed his life and caused deep depression.  14 years on; a newspaper reporter heard of the case and uncovered vital evidence that exonerated Noel from the tag of being a murderer.

The documentary comes in 3 parts and well worth a look.
