Statements about find of silencer not made until after 11th September 1985

Relatives did not make any witness statement or sign any exhibit label for a silencer, until after 11th September 1985...

This means, that on 13th August 1985, when silencer SBJ/1, Lab' item number 22, was sent to Lab and was examined by Glynis Howard, and again when a silencer, DB/1, lab' item number 23 was submitted to the lab' on 30th August 1985, no statement was in existence about the relatives having found a silencer in the gun cupboard at whf, and no exhibit label attached to either of these two silencers bearing any signature from any relative...

Under these circumstances, how could such an item be accepted at the Lab' on either 13th and 30th August 1985, without proper and authentic signed labels attached to the silencers, on those occasions?

I think not...

Bamber silencer was not found until 11th September 1985, and there exists police records showing that David Boutflour contracted Essex police by telephone on that date to info0rm them that he had found a silencer in the gun cupboard at whf - why would he be contacting Essex police on 11th September 1985, about a silencer he found in the same gun cupboard a month earlier?

Why would there also be a police record of Ann Eaton handing over the silencer to DC Oakey on 11th September 1985...

Why, also, would this silencer, not be sent to the Lab' until 26th September 1985?

Please note that action number 84 refers to checks that the police were making on Mathew MacDonald, who did not get arrested until 8th September 1985, and that the action report which confirms that Ann Eaton handed a silencer over to DC Oakey, number 88, must have occurred after MacDonald was arrested in connection with these matters, in keeping with the date recorded for when Ann Eaton handed in the silencer on 11th September 1985...

"Why Oakley when Jones collects?". Why was that typed there?
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Please look at the other entries on the form - Mathew MacDonald was not arrested in connection with these proceedings until early September 1985, I have checked other matters referred to on the list, before entry 88, and all of the other matters fall in sequence, so therefore the matters mentioned at 88, refer to the handing over of the silencer by Ann Eaton in or around 11th September 1985, and DS Jones does not say he collected a silencer from Ann Eaton at any stage in September 12985, unless he did...

Maybe this is why DS Jones had to falsify his pocketbook entries, because it was DS Jones who took possession of the bamber silencer from Ann Eaton on 11th September 1985, not DC oakey...

Maybe DS Jones displaced the timing of the hand over of the Bamber silencer, from 11th September 1985, to 12th August 1985, choosing to replace the involvement of Ann Eaton on 11th September, with the imaginary involvement of Peter Eaton in the handing over of the silencer on 12th August 1985...

Silencer evidence has been compromised and should not have been allowed as admissible evidence...

It is odd I agree. Perhaps someone could ask Mr Jones about it. He's around apparently.

Why would David Boutflour contact Essex police on the 11th September 1985m, to inform them that he had found a silencer in the gun cupboard at whf on 11th September 1985, if he had not found a silencer in the gun cupboard at whf on that date? Why would Ann Eaton hand over a silencer on 11th September 1985 to either DC Oakey or DS jones? Unless they did find a silencer in the gun cupboard on that date (11th September 1985) and Ann Eaton did hand it over to the police on that same date...

Ann Eaton didn't hand a silencer to Oakey on 11th September according to his statement.

----------------------------------------------------

Ann Eaton did not hand a silencer to DS Jones on 11th September 1985, either - but that doesn't mean that she didn't...

OK, if we approach it from another angle, if the silencer (DB/10 had already been sent to the lab' on and by 30th August 1985, how did Essex police still have possession of the Bamber silencer to enable them to submit it to the Lab' on 26th September to get it checked for fibers?

The silencer can't already have been at the klab' from 30th August 19985, and still be in the possession of Essex police, to allow them to submit it to the lab' by 26th September 1985?

However, Oakey did collect items DRB/2 and DRB/3 on that date ...
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Actually, those items were referred to by totally different exhibit references on that date, which later got altered into DRB/2 and DRB/3 etc...

They originally had Ann Eaton's identifying marks, CAE / ? and CAE/? etc...

So they messed around with the exhibit labelling to try and conceal for the fact that the silencer was not found in the gun cupboard at whf until 11th September 1985, and not handed over to the police until that same date, and not reported to the police by David Boutflour, until 11th September 1985, and not handed over to the police by Ann Eaton until that same date, and none of the relatives made a witness statement about the find of the silencer until 12th September 1985, at the earliest...

On and on the list of ponderables goes - all pointing to the inevitable fact and conclusion, being that the Bamber silencer was not found in the gun cupboard at whf, until 11th September 1985, and not sent to the lab' to be checked, until 26th September 1985...

Sent there much too late for Sheila's blood to have been found inside it, and for the paint from the mantelpiece in the kitchen at whf to have been found upon it...

Jeremy Bamber has been well and truly stitched up and convicted for these murders based on fabricated evidence...

Well now you've spoilt it. I just thought that DRB/1 would likely be collected at around the same time as DRB/2 and DRB/3.  ;D

I don't know - I couldn't follow the story of all the silencers. I'll have to go through it again I think.

DRB/1 was handed over by Ann Eaton to the police, on 11th September 1985, whether it was handed over to DC Oakey, or to DS Jones, and they have made out a false case for the silencer to have been found in the gun cupboard a month earlier...

DRB/1, D RB/2 and DRB/3, were all handed over to the police on 11th September 1985...

Well, perhaps the newspapers should ask him and show him the evidence and then we might get somewhere. Whilst there at it, they might ask him why there are three different start dates on the front cover of his pocketbook, and why he seems to have had possession of a blank pocketbook in his possession from between 5th November 1984 until 5th April 195?..
