Jeremy's current legal team should take steps to obtain information and evidence from Ewen Smith, Essex police, and the CCRC, about the arrangement that was made to allow Ewen Smith (and yours truly) access to all the photographs contained in the SENIOR INVESTIGATING OFFICERS ALBUM. For my part, I am more than prepared to make a sworn affidavit to cover the points I have previously spoken about involving how I came to see the photograph of Sheila on the bed, how I removed it with the specific intention of sending it to Jeremy because it was clear that Essex police , CCRC and Ewen Smith did not want to, or intend to allow Jeremy access to all this previously undisclosed material.
