Arh Grahame the Brecon Beacons..that is where i saw my 1st Red Kite, it was awesome. I think at the time there were only 3 pairs in Wales....many years ago, it brings back fond memories.

Do you mean Cuckney Mertol? I think they have the oldest post office in the Country.

Hi maggie Matlock is great...been up in cable cars. All the bikers go there on a Sunday afternoon, great little place. 

It's a must visit for anyone....and see the mines too...well worth going for a day out and a pub crawl...lol

Oh lucky you...I was in Loch Awe a couple of years ago..it's fantastic up there Susan. Nearly got a glimpse of the Golden Eagle.....It was showing the day before, but sadly I didn't get to see it. Where about are you, or is that secret?

Hi Patti  we have a holiday home not too far from Inverness a beautiful place to be.  Not too good with the Broadband but you can,t have it all.  The views from the house are to die for.

Hi Mertol, that's right...It's an awesome view when you get to the top...The cafe's are a rip off though.
