(1) There is no evidence that Sheila fully loaded the magazine. (2) It does depend on the person loading the gun. In spite of what the relatives said in not seeing Sheila handle a gun (this has been shown to be wrong by the way when David Boutflour suddenly remembered seeing her at a shoot in Scotland) she lived on the farm all her life and so it is logical to assume that she together with the rest of the family knew how to handle guns.

Hi G....If it was Shelia that killed her family she would have had to reload the magazine, it only hold 10 bullets and 26 were fired.....

But Jeremy states that one was already loaded, so if that is true, then she would have only loaded the gun twice.....:)

What I meant was she may not have fully loaded it each time?

Not sure about that G.....Would it work right, if it was only loaded with say 8 bullets or 6? :)

I certainly will Nick.  I thought of claiming the idea as my own, but I am too honest. 8)

Hi ngb, have you managed to raise the gun bluing issue with SMckay, and if so what was his reaction?

I really think modern csi tests should be undertaken on the Anschutz, the Brno and the unique weapon handed to the police shortly after the murders!!

Nick - I have not raised it with Simon yet.  I know he is very busy at the moment and he obviously is awaiting the CCRC decision.  I will raise it with him as I think it is a good point and should be properly investigate as part of the further tests which are planned.
