That is a good point. But I believe they routinely open three cavities. The head the abdomin and the chest and they disect the heard and the brain and would have noticed such things as blocked arteries.

If it did happen it must be in the coroners report. If it is not then it is doubtful if it did happen?

Are there any formal objectives of this forum?  Can we be sure that if anything that is new and relevant is raised someone is responsible for checking it out?

Well seeing that none of us are qualified in that direction I suppose it means that we are all armchair detectives. Unless you are of course?
